The Engage Consult online consultation system is available to all of our patients. You can use it to tell us about your problem and request medical advice using your smartphone, tablet or PC. This will allow us to manage non-emergency requests far more quickly and efficiently. This means we can respond more quickly to patients. During the Covid-19 crisis, we are limiting the number of face to face appointments – patients must have an initial consultation by telephone or online first.
Engage Consult makes it so easier for us to quickly decide how best to help you with the least amount of hassle and disruption to your day: we call you back to discuss, provide advice, prescribe or if necessary, arrange for you to see a clinician at a time that works for you.

Livi GP’s are all GMC registered NHS GPs’s, who (with your consent) will be able to access your medical records and give you a considered, in-depth diagnosis based on your medical history.
